Rules
Preliminary publishing of rules subject to revision by vote of committe members.
1. Void where prohibited. Contestants may register (no guarantee of entry acceptance after 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 20, 2010) online, by mail, or in person to 7450 Wilson Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32210, contact person: Bart Parramore.
2. Contestants MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO ENTER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY AND BE A LICENSED MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER WITH PROOF OF ADEQUATE LIABILITY INSURANCE.
3. Winners to be announced at 2 pm the day of the event.
4. All personnel working within your exhibit area should wear suitable attire, shorts and appropriate shirt are ok. Manufacturers brand logos on clothing are acceptable.
5. GATEWAY TO FLORIDA AUTOMOBILE, TRUCK, & MOTORCYCLE SHOW is the sole judge of all matters pertaining to this contest and reserves the right to change the rules and/or discontinue the contest at any time without notice. All decisions by the Gateway to Florida Automobile, Truck, & Motorcycle Show are final.
6. All entrants waive any and all claims of liability against all sponsors, agents, affiliates, parent companies and their employees along with any other acting on behalf, for damages, injuries or other losses which relate directly or indirectly to the 2010 Gateway to Florida Automobile, Truck, & Motorcycle Show. The decisions of Sponsor and the judges regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the show shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the show.
